- The Drinks List -

We list a range of characterful cask and craft beers such as:

Adnams Southwold Bitter : 4.1% , A copper-coloured bitter with East Anglian malt and emboldened by the late addition of herbal Fuggles, as well as full of genuine character. A palate of biscuity malts and light, caramelised toffee notes with a balance of its classic English hop character, added later on in the brewing process, to create a long, lingering, resinous finish on the palate.

Adnams Ghostship: 4.5% : Is brewed with a Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara Malts which add depth and moreish, biscuity hints. A blend of Citra and American and UK hop varieties provide Ghost Ship’s bold citrus flavours of lemon and lime, aromatic elderflower notes, and that wonderful hoppy finish.

Schneider's Bayrisch Hell 4.9% : As pristine, characteristic and pure as its homeland, Southern Bavaria. Brewed with 100% Bavarian ingredients and handcrafted in the traditional method - by the sixth generation of the Schneider brewers family. Its straw-yellow colour is as impressive as its balanced, refreshing and highly drinkable aroma with a subtle malty body and flowery hop aromas.

Adnams Ease Up 4.6% : Ease Up is a golden session IPA with wonderful citrus flavours thanks to a stellar cast of bright, aromatic hops. Following calls to add a gluten free beer to the Adnams range, we’ve tweaked the process when brewing it, making its big-hitting more accessible. It still has that same great grapefruit flavour, but it’s now also gluten free. Ease Up’s flavour is mainly driven by the hops. On the palate, you’ll find resinous flavours of pine, and fruity notes of peach and melon, followed by pithy grapefruit on the finish..

Adnams Blackshore Stout 4.2% : Blackshore is a smooth, easy-drinking stout, named after the black-tarred fishing huts that line Southwold's harbour. They are individual, characterful and made of sturdy stuff. It is brewed with a hefty mash bill for a rich, broad malt character. You’ll find Pale Ale, Brown, Double Roasted Crystal, and Chocolate malts, alongside Roasted Barley and a hearty helping of oats. Brimming with dark malt flavours of coffee, chocolate, and liquorice, thanks to a generous gesture with the grains. Using oats adds a smoothness and this, coupled with a light hop character, make it easy drinking and exceptionally moreish.

Adnams Ghostship 0.5% : Enjoy whispers of aromatic elderflower, bold citrus and gooseberry flavours, and hints of warming rye spice. It's the ideal option for spontaneous plans, offering refreshment whenever.

DEYA Steady Rolling Man 5.2% : Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old-time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the Steady Rolling Man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

Duvel 6.66% : No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: just like the classic Duvel, it’s based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping technique.
Oakham Citra 4.2% : Light gold in colour, bursting with citrus and tropical hop flavours and sensationally refreshing.

Fruh Kölsch 4.8% : A style distinctive to Cologne, the name Kolsch is protected by law so that only beers brewed in and around the city can bear the name. A dangerously drinkable beer with an unsurpassed balance in Kolsch beer of malt and soft delicate hops. Pale gold in colour with a good lasting head, the hoppy, dry finish is from using Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Pale lemony gold in colour with a pure white lasting head, the aroma of Fruh Kolsch is lightly fruity with some flowery hops. Taste is very clean, a result unlike normal ales, of cold conditioning. Fresh, with just a touch of bitter hops.

Ayinger Bairisch Pils 5.0% : a crisp German Pilsner with a 5.3% ABV, brewed by the historic Ayinger Brewery in Bavaria. Founded in 1878, the brewery is acclaimed for crafting beers rooted in traditional German brewing techniques. Ayinger Bairisch Pils delivers a bright golden pour with a delicate hop bitterness, floral aromas, and a refreshingly dry finish. Clean and well-balanced, it exemplifies the precision and finesse of the classic Pilsner style. Ayinger Bairisch Pils is a fine choice for lovers of refined lagers seeking authentic flavour. Ayinger Bairisch Pils is available now for purchase at Beers of Europe.

Budweiser Budvar 5.0%: Brewed using whole-cone, Saaz hops from Žatec, pristine water from an Ice Age aquifer, Moravian malting barley and heritage lager yeast, this classic rich and full-flavoured lager sets the gold standard for Czech brewing across the world. The tradition of cold-conditioning in our brewery cellars for seven times longer than most other beers creates a pale lager with a sweet, deep golden body and an aromatic, hoppy foam. Bold in taste, yet refreshing and perfectly balanced.

Birdbarker 5.8%: Birdbarker Cider is a refreshing and crisp Medium Sparkling Cider. We craft a unique blend for every batch, aiming to create a cider with full body, balanced tartness and bitterness, and long lasting flavour.
